"Something went wrong" Error When Loading City

We have been receiving reports about customers receiving an error page when trying to access their cities. If you encounter this error we ask that you take the following steps to help us troubleshoot this issue:

  1. In Google Chrome with your City website open, go to the ellipsis in the top right corner
  2. Go to "More Tools"
  3. Click on "Developer Tools"
  4. Go to the "Application Tab" (this may be a smaller window on your browser, you can pop it out with the options in the ellipsis on the top right of the Dev Tools section)
  5. Expand Cookies and click on the website that corresponds to your City (it should end in .cognitive.city)
  6. Click on the "__session" cookie (you may need to scroll down to find it)
  7. Copy the entire string and send it to us in a ticket (using the blue "help" button in the bottom right corner of you City website)
