I think the Help menu should get simplified to:
Then Knowledge Base or Learn takes you to helpdesk.exaptive.com.
And there should be another tab at the top for Tutorials. Ideally it would all be an integrated environment, but while it's not, that tab could just take you to the thinkific site.
The main point is that the entrypoint to learning should be singular, instead of making someone have to decide blindly if documentation, discussion, or tutorials is where they should look.
